About Us
We're growing all the time.
Our Story
Since 1975 the Cedar Creek Lake Garden Club has provided many opportunities to learn the art of gardening, share their knowledge and love of nature, enjoy the company of other women and men and delight serving others while getting their hands dirty.
Current activities include volunteering at Miss Fran's Teaching Garden at Tool Elementary and working on our annual fundraiser, the Cedars & Cinnamon Home Tour.
With over 100 members, we work to find something for everyone to get involved in. Our monthly meetings provide some fabulous programs and speakers, luncheons and field trips
to area gardens, arboretums and wineries.
The Cedar Creek Lake Garden Club's mission is to help beautify our lake area communities and support teaching the art and science of gardening through a variety of projects. Our projects over the years have included:
-
Miss Fran's Teaching Garden at Tool Elementary
-
The Butterfly Garden at the Eight at Tool Park
-
Beautification Grant Program
-
Scholarship Program in 2024-25
-
"Blooms on the Creek" Crape Myrtle Tree Program - NEW in 2026
Proceeds from our Annual Cedars & Cinnamon Holiday Home Tour support our mission and enable us to give back to our wonderful lake communities.
