This form is an application to showcase your home on the Home Tour.

Thank you for agreeing to participate in the Cedar Creek Lake Garden Club's 6th Annual Cedars & Cinnamon Home Tour. To ensure a successful and safe experience for everyone, please review the following tour requirements:

• PREVIEW NIGHT: Homeowners, VIP Sponsors and Home Tour committee members will tour the homes on Friday, Dec. 4 from

  3-8 p.m. Please have your home decorated and ready to go.

• HOME TOUR: Saturday, Dec. 5 from 10 a.m.-5 p.m.

• PREPARATION: All houses must be decorated for the holidays and ready to go by Preview Night. We love them, but please have pets out of the house or secured for their safety and the safety of our tour guests.

• HOUSE SHOWINGS: We will have docents from the Garden Club in each house all day – two from 9:30 am-1:30 pm and two from 1:00 pm-5:pm. Homeowners are encouraged to be at their homes in addition to the Garden Club docents.

• PHOTOGRAPHY: You agree to letting us take pictures of your home on the outside and inside to use for marketing purposes on our website and social media.

• ALCOHOL: For your safety and the safety of our tour guests, please do not serve alcohol during the hours of the tour.

• LIABILITY: The homeowner agrees to release the Cedar Creek Lke Garden Club from liability for any damage occurring during the tour.

Please upload up to 5 pictures or a short video of your home – inside and out – for the committee to review. We will use these for our home selections and placment on the tour route.
